The location of the hotel was really convenient, with several attractions and restaurants within walking distance. the rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the daily cleaning service was a nice touch. the linen and toiletries provided were of good quality, adding a touch of luxury to the stay.
The Wi-Fi was not included in the room rate and had to be paid separately, which seemed a bit pricey considering most hotels offer this service for free. the noise from neighboring bars late into the night made it difficult to sleep peacefully.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was excellent, with beautiful furnishings and a modern, clean and comfortable feel. The staff were friendly, professional and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The location was perfect, right in the centre of everything, close to the nightlife and other restaurants. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the breakfast had a good selection of fruits and self-service options. this hotel exceeded our expectations and we would definitely return.
Not obvious to find, but once we arrived it was worth it.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, right next to the beach. It was so convenient to be able to walk to the beach and enjoy the beautiful views. The hotel also offered great amenities, such as room service, car hire, and laundry services. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the free Wi-Fi and the balcony, where we could relax and take in the scenery. we were very impressed with the quality of service and enhanced comfort provided by this hotel.

On the positive side, the hotel had an excellent location, right on the main roundabout in the center of Puerto Banus, making it easy to explore other areas in Marbella. It was also conveniently close to the beach and marina. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was satisfactory.
The room was a bit drab and in need of renovation, with damaged furniture and no in-room coffee facilities or good WiFi.
